Triluma Cream

Triluma Cream is use for Lightens light brown color patches on skin, Age spots, Skin discolorations associated with pregnancy, Acne, Wrinkles, Skin conditions, Eczema, Dermatitis, Allergies, Rash and other conditions. Tri-Luma Cream may also be use for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Triluma Cream should be use in the dose and duration as advise by your doctor. Wash your hands before using this medicine. It is advised to check the label for directions before use. It is for external use only.

Do not use this medicine more than the recommend dose. Inform your doctor if you have known allergies from this medicine. The common side effects of this medicine include burning, irritation, itching and redness at the application site.

How CREAM working

Triluma Cream is a attachment of three pills : Hydroquinone, Tretinoin and Fluocinolone acetonide which treat melasma (dark spots on skin).

Hydroquinone is a skin lightening medicine. It reduces the amount of a skin pigment (melanin) that reason darkening of skin. Tretinoin is a form of vitamin A that helps the skin to renew itself more fast.


Missed Dose

Apply the miss dose as soon as you think of. If it is nearly time for your next shot, skip the miss dose. Do not apply a twice dose to make up for the miss dose.


An overdose of this medicine is not likely to cause severe symptoms. However, ingestion of this medicine may cause harm and immediate medical intervention may be required.
