Cream acts as a skin-bleaching agent and construction by inhibiting an enzyme counter action in the applied skin cells.

What is Cream?
it is used for Melasma, Acne, Acne vulgaris, Dermatitis of the scalp, Lightens light brown color patches on skin, Age spots, Wrinkles, Dry, Rough patches and tiny bumps on skin, Skin discolorations associated with pregnancy, Skin inflammation and other conditions.
How Cream working
it is a combination of two drug: Hydroquinone, Mometasone and Tretinoin which treat melasma. Hydroquinone is a skin lightening medicine. It reduces the amount of a skin pigment that causes darkening of skin. This effect is reversible. Mometasone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Tretinoin is a form of vitamin A that helps the skin to refresh itself more suddenly.
How is Cream used?
This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your health care physician. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the insincere area and appeal the cream. Wash your hands after applying, unless hands are the insincere area.
Apply Melacare Cream subsequent all instructions mentioned on the label or the package insert. It is usually applied to the affected area twice a day, preferably in the mornings and the evenings. Avoid any contact of this drug with the eyes, lips, nose, broken skin etc.

Hypersensitivity to Cream is a contraindication. In addition, Cream should not be used if you have the following conditions:
- Skin Irritation
- Lightening of skin
- Burning sensation
- Redness in skin
Precautions And Warnings
Cream may be Insecure to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human course. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be permissible despite the danger. Please consult your doctor.
Cream is unsafe to use during lactation. Data suggests that the medicine may cause toxicity to the baby, or the mother is suffering from a condition in which breastfeeding is not advisable.
do not wash the treated area after Immediate applying Melacare Cream. Also avoid the use of other products on the treated area unless directed by your health care physician.
applying an excessive amount may result in pilling. Use a thinner layer or lesser quantity of drug to avoid pilling.
Cream must always be stored away from direct light & heat, in a cool and dry environment.
